What you'll do

Conduct expert-level all-source analysis using structured techniques to produce defensible intelligence assessments and recommendations.
Analyze complex datasets and reporting streams to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and intelligence gaps.
Translate mission questions into specific data requirements and technical use cases for data scientists and engineers.
Provide subject matter expertise to design and refine data models, AI-enabled workflows, and decision-support tools.
Evaluate outputs from AI tools and automated processes for accuracy, relevance, and mission value.
Develop analytic methodologies that combine traditional tradecraft with automated discovery and knowledge management.
Identify data gaps, source limitations, and collection shortfalls affecting the reliability of intelligence products.
Produce written assessments, briefings, and decision-support products tailored to various stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a current or obtainable CI polygraph.
Must have at least 10 years of related experience in intelligence, defense, or national security.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must demonstrate expert-level all-source analysis and tradecraft including source evaluation and structured analytic techniques.
Must be able to translate mission questions into data requirements and technical use cases for development teams.
Must have experience working with large, complex datasets and knowledge management systems.
TS/SCI Clearance with current or willingness to obtain CI polygraph.
