Senior Analyst, Business Insights joins the BSMR Analytics & Insights team to transform Brand Sourcing & Manufacturer Relations into a data-driven, AI-enabled organization. You will design dashboards, applications, and reporting solutions while translating business requirements into scalable data models. What we're looking for
Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, data management, analytics engineering, or application development.
Strong experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, GitHub, Azure, and AI-enabled tools is required.
Hands-on experience with database management and database design is required.
Proven ability to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and partner with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle is required.
Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise reporting and analytics solutions is required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
Experience with Azure services like AKS, Function Apps, Docker, and cloud migration initiatives is preferred.
