Senior Director, Product Management, CDX AI Assistance

What you'll do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for AI Assistance and the Eno chatbot.
• Develop a highly technical roadmap mapped to human-centered design and business KPIs.
• Champion the modernization of architecture by exploring and integrating emerging AI/ML technologies.
• Partner with Risk teams to identify and proactively mitigate risks through architectural design and governance.
• Manage the growth of the AI Assistance team by identifying hiring needs and strategic partnerships.
• Translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive organizational alignment by leading cross-functional teams to solve complex customer problems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
• Ability to define technical roadmaps for AI/ML technology mapped to human-centered design and business KPIs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and design.
• Ability to identify and mitigate product risks in partnership with Risk teams.
• Proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, and technology-driven solution delivery.
• Proficiency in integrated problem solving and transformational leadership.
