What you'll do

Design, code, and enhance custom software components across various systems and applications.
Develop scalable, high-performing cloud-native solutions using AWS services and Core Java.
Provision and automate infrastructure using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Manage and lead the team to perform effectively on project decisions and technical tasks.
Analyze complex problems to develop innovative approaches for improving system performance and reliability.
Support production environments and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated testing.
Identify opportunities to enhance development processes and tools through continuous improvement initiatives.

What we're looking for

Must have 7+ years of hands-on experience building enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Must have 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native solutions on AWS services.
Must possess expert proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Advanced proficiency in Core Java is recommended.
Intermediate proficiency in Terraform and Data Migrations is suggested.
Proven expertise with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code is preferred.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, containerization, and DevOps best practices is preferred.
