What you'll do

Design, develop, and optimize Java Spring Boot applications and microservices for enterprise-scale products.
Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integrations, and reusable components using software engineering best practices.
Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability through testing, troubleshooting, and code optimization.
Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions in coordination with architects and product teams.
Support deployments, conduct code reviews, and maintain technical documentation across multiple environments.
Implement secure coding practices and manage transaction management within distributed systems.

What we're looking for

7+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
Strong expertise building RESTful APIs, integrations, and distributed systems using modern software development practices.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, transaction management, automated testing frameworks, and application performance tuning.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills within complex application environments.
Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively within Agile and cross-functional teams.
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Experience within the Cards & Payments domain (preferred).
Knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, CI/CD, or relevant certifications (preferred).
