What you'll do

Develop moderate to complex control configurations and programming for manufacturing processes and utilities.
Lead small to medium-sized automation projects to ensure implementation meets project schedules.
Perform administration and maintenance of OT systems including OS updates, antivirus, and data backups.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues for DCS, PLC, SCADA, and Data Historian systems.
Execute OT systems lifecycle deliverables including validation activities and functional design specifications.
Coordinate with supply chain and operations to schedule maintenance and system changes during off-peak hours.
Provide technical training to users and engineers on new automation technologies and process control applications.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with at least six years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with at least four years of relevant experience.
Experience administering and configuring Distributed Control Systems (DCS) such as Emerson DeltaV or Foxboro I/A.
Experience with SCADA and PLCs, including ladder logic programming and instructional texts.
Experience with commissioning, qualification activities, and computerized systems validation.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing processes and regulatory expectations.
Industry experience with FDA, GMP, 21CFR11, Data Integrity, and Safety and Environmental legislation.
Experience with HMI graphics development, data historian systems, or Windows Server Operating Systems (preferred).
