What we're looking for
BS, MS, or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Experience for BS holders, for MS holders, or for PhD holders in relevant industrial fields.
Experience coordinating technical projects through to final delivery.
Proven experience bringing new automation equipment and processes online from initial startup to reaching target metrics.
Experience delivering projects into R&D labs or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Visual Basic, C, C#, or C++.
Experience with automation ecosystems like Ignition and project management tools like MS Excel, Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to summarize findings and present solutions to cross-functional teams.
