What you'll do

Manage secure device provisioning including key injection, cryptographic provisioning, and fuse-based lifecycle management.
Develop and qualify OTP/eFuse programming flows to ensure reliability across varying process, voltage, and temperature conditions.
Integrate ATE test flows with hardware security modules (HSMs) and key-management infrastructure.
Validate JTAG and debug-access flows for post-provisioned units while maintaining the device's security posture.
Build reusable ATE library code and tooling to automate sub-flow generation and test program creation.
Develop software utilities for pattern search, analysis, and automated test development across the engineering team.
Run firmware on devices to enable secure provisioning, self-testing, and reduced test cycle times.
Collaborate with ASIC design and manufacturing teams to ensure products meet security and testability standards.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in silicon test, security engineering, or test software development.
Experience with device security and secure provisioning during test, including OTP/eFuse programming.
Working knowledge of encryption fundamentals, cryptographic keys, and secure communication channels.
Proficiency in Python and/or C/C++ to build reusable, well-architected code.
Experience developing test or automation software on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms.
Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science (preferred).
