Day-to-day responsibilities include running structured experiments, tracking cost trends across different lines of business, and identifying levers for efficiency. To succeed, you must possess strong analytical skills, a bachelor's degree, and 3-4 years of relevant experience. Required technical proficiencies include deep SQL expertise, proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to build complex financial models to solve logistics problems.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and track fulfillment cost metrics across different lines of business and strategic merchants.
  • Develop internal reporting tools to monitor and measure fulfillment cost and efficiency improvements.
  • Scope and assess initiatives with Product and Analytics teams to improve network efficiency.
  • Execute structured operational tests and experiments to inform the product roadmap.
  • Manage the P&L by identifying key levers for reducing fulfillment costs.
  • Create financial models to evaluate the impact of changes to order batching and logistics.
  • Resolve merchant and dasher escalations by leading investigations into real-world performance issues.

What we're looking for
