You will resolve complex problems regarding settlement timing, stale balances, and reversed payments while determining policy for payment caps and routing limits. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in high-growth environments, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills using SQL and Excel to analyze data. This role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, and Treasury teams.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end launch readiness including financial compliance reviews and funds-flow documentation with Treasury and Accounting.
  • Build the operational backbone for daily reconciliation between debited amounts, wired funds, and payments received by lenders.
  • Create support playbooks to handle failed, returned, or misapplied payments.
  • Establish policy decisions for payment caps, routing limits, and handling of reversed payouts.
  • Execute a phased product rollout including sequencing, FAQ creation, and support enablement.
  • Design and monitor instrumentation to measure the success of debt-reduction metrics over 12-week periods.
  • Resolve complex money-movement problems such as stale balances and late lender postings through data-driven decisions.

What we're looking for

  • You must have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • You must have 3-5 years of experience in high-growth teams such as tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or banking.
  • You must possess exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to back decisions with data.
  • You must be proficient in pulling SQL or modeling in Excel.
  • You must have experience shipping products with hard launch dates.
  • You must be able to reason about money movement, including settlement timing, reconciliation, and failed payments.
  • You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning open questions into written decisions.
  • You must be able to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, and Treasury teams.
