What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end operating model, metrics, and cross-functional partnerships for a core banking program.
  • Translate ambiguous operational problems into structured plans and drive them through Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
  • Build monitoring systems and mechanisms to identify and resolve technical issues before users report them.
  • Manage external vendor relationships by enforcing SLAs, escalating misses, and negotiating contract requirements.
  • Oversee the dispute experience by managing in-house processes, support tooling, and complaint monitoring.
  • Manage growth operations including identity verification, onboarding flows, and user acquisition campaigns.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving product adoption, retention, and trust.
  • Design and test hypotheses to measure impact and scale successful initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • You must have 2-3 years of experience working with high-growth teams in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or banking.
  • You must possess exceptional problem-solving skills to turn ambiguous problems into structured plans.
  • You must be able to back decisions with data using SQL or Excel modeling.
  • You must be able to manage external vendors and partners while holding them to specific SLAs.
