What you'll do

  • Define the destination-state architecture and experience for authentication systems to optimize fraud prevention and customer experience.
  • Translate product strategy into shipped software by leading a dedicated technology team through execution.
  • Identify and integrate AI-driven capabilities to strengthen fraud detection and streamline internal workflows.
  • Use data and experimentation to validate product bets and measure success after deployment.
  • Influence cross-functional partners in Fraud Strategy, Risk, Legal, Design, and Operations to align on goals.
  • Solve complex problems while mitigating risks within a highly regulated financial services environment.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management with a track record of partnership with engineering (preferred).
  • Experience in fraud, risk, identity verification, authentication, or other highly regulated financial services (preferred).
  • Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-powered product capabilities and delivery tools (preferred).
  • Experience using data and experimentation to inform product decisions (preferred).
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment and influencing senior stakeholders (preferred).
