What you'll do

Manage the conversion and integration of Discover credit card accounts into Capital One systems.
Develop a long-term vision for integrated product destinations and associated capabilities.
Translate business epics into specific features and user stories to drive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
Define comprehensive acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams to guide feature design.
Own and prioritize product development roadmaps while ensuring all risk management procedures are followed.
Use hypothesis-driven data analysis to ensure features meet specific business needs and goals.
Collaborate with designers, data scientists, and engineers to build solutions using emerging technologies.
Communicate complex product roadmaps and technical requirements clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
Must have at least 1 year of product management experience.
Alternatively, must have at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a product owner in an agile development process with cross-functional teams.
