Senior Associate, Product Management - US Card joins the Customer Services & Strategy team to drive innovation across core systems including Fraud, Recoveries, Collections, and Digital Servicing. Translate high-level business visions into detailed technical execution plans and product requirements.
Partner with engineering teams to decommission legacy systems and build modern data capabilities.
Define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and prioritize backlogs based on business value and risk.
Act as the primary bridge between business, technology, operations, risk, and design teams.
Design and implement a suite of preventative controls directly into platform architectures.
Break down complex business epics into actionable features and specific user stories.
Use data-driven assessments to ensure product features meet actual customer needs.
Develop and communicate clear product roadmaps to stakeholders to demonstrate measurable results.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred).
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
