The Senior Associate, Product Management- Card Core joins the Card team to bridge day-to-day execution with platform growth. This role involves collaborating with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, breaking down business epics into user stories, and driving teams toward Minimal Viable Product goals. You will own and prioritize feature development roadmaps, monitor platform health and risk metrics, and write detailed functional requirements. Key responsibilities include supporting the design and delivery of AI-powered onboarding tools to reduce user friction. You will work in an agile environment using hypothesis-driven data assessment to deliver well-managed product platforms. Break down business epics into features and user stories to drive Minimal Viable Product (MVP) tests.
Build comprehensive acceptance criteria with tech teams and identify needs for additional research.
Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while ensuring all risk management processes are followed.
Use hypothesis-driven data assessments to ensure product features deliver on real business needs.
Conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technologies in an agile environment.
Monitor feature-level health and risk metrics to maintain a robust platform foundation.
Support the design and delivery of AI-powered onboarding tools to streamline customer journeys.
Articulate succinct product roadmaps to stakeholders to deliver business value and share results.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 1 year of product management experience or 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred).
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
Ability to break down business epics into features and user stories to drive Minimal Viable Product (MVP) tests.
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
