Senior Associate, Product Management- Card Payments Team joins the Bedrock team to develop real-time, intelligent payment experiences across mobile and web platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with designers, technologists, and data scientists in an agile environment to build well-managed product platforms. Your daily responsibilities include breaking down business epics into features and user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing feature development roadmaps while ensuring all risk procedures are followed. You will utilize hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure products meet business needs and leverage emerging technologies to create seamless, resilient payment solutions. The role requires core competencies in product management, agile delivery, business analysis, and translating complex business strategies into consumer-facing digital products. You will serve as a product matter expert, navigating technical architecture and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value features for the card payments experience.
Define comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify research needs for future feature designs.
Break down business epics into specific features and user stories to drive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to ensure product features meet real business needs.
Own and prioritize the development roadmap while ensuring all risk management procedures are followed.
Conduct research in an agile environment to develop features using emerging technologies.
Collaborate with designers, engineers, and data scientists to build cutting-edge payment solutions.
Communicate succinct product roadmaps to stakeholders to demonstrate business value and project progress.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or military experience.
At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred).
1+ years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
