What you'll do

  • Architect and streamline in-store fulfillment strategies to maximize efficiency for Dashers across the convenience portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure real-time synchronization between platform inventory and actual in-store availability.
  • Develop the long-term operational roadmap and establish key metrics to position DoorDash as a premier destination for convenience shopping.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate manual workflows, build prototypes, and accelerate complex data analysis.
  • Manage tracking dashboards and monitor week-over-week metrics to ensure high-quality operations.
  • Conduct economic and strategic analyses using SQL and Excel to evaluate the impact of various programs and experiments.
  • Translate high-level goals into actionable plans by experimenting with new product features and tooling.

What we're looking for

  • You must have a completed Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA being a plus.
  • You must have 4 to 6+ years of experience in analytical and cross-functional environments like tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or banking.
  • You must be proficient in using SQL to pull data and Excel to build models for analysis.
  • You must demonstrate a strong ability to use AI tools to automate workflows and develop product visions.
