What you'll do

  • Manage and scale the technology that collects in-store data across tens of thousands of physical locations.
  • Translate real-time shelf data into improvements for inventory accuracy, Dasher pick times, and customer selection.
  • Design systems to capture real-time data and define how that data flows into downstream product experiences.
  • Develop and execute high-impact initiatives by defining strategy, building roadmaps, and managing project lifecycles.
  • Analyze operational and financial impacts of decisions using SQL and Excel to drive continuous optimization.
  • Manage a team and lead cross-functional pods involving product, engineering, machine learning, and design teams.
  • Scale the ground truth platform to support non-restaurant business growth across multiple data sources and ML stacks.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must have a completed BS/BA degree, preferably in business or engineering.
  • An MBA is considered a plus for this role.
  • Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in high-performance cultures such as tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or banking.
  • Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Candidates must be proficient in pulling data using SQL and modeling in Excel.
  • Candidates should have technical experience owning metrics with complex, multi-input attribution.
  • Experience in marketplace operations, fulfillment, or data-intensive platform environments is preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to work in a hybrid model based in New York.
