What you'll do

  • Stand up 0 to 1 pilots and turn successful wins into scalable processes.
  • Build dashboards and manage week-over-week KPIs to track project success.
  • Launch new merchants, experiment with initiatives, and conduct in-market tests.
  • Use SQL and Excel to build models that evaluate expansion opportunities and prioritize bets.
  • Translate consumer, merchant, and dasher needs into product requirements and operational improvements.
  • Run A/B tests and manage daily metrics across multiple business verticals.
  • Lead cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, finance, and marketing teams.

What we're looking for

  • You must have a completed Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • You must be currently based in New York or San Francisco to work in a hybrid environment.
  • You should have 1-2+ years of experience in highly analytical and cross-functional environments like banking or consulting.
  • You must be able to pull your own data using SQL.
  • You must be proficient at building models in Excel to evaluate opportunities and prioritize projects.
  • You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
  • You should have the ability to translate stakeholder needs into product requirements and operational improvements.
  • You should be able to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams across product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
