What you'll do

  • Launch and scale "0-to-1" initiatives to unlock growth opportunities for the pharmacy and convenience merchant bases.
  • Develop programs to improve pharmacy delivery selection, discoverability, and overall quality.
  • Lead operational projects to increase order accuracy, fulfillment speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Streamline in-store fulfillment processes to improve efficiency for Dashers and merchant partners.
  • Implement systems to ensure real-time inventory accuracy reflects actual in-store stock levels.
  • Build SQL models and Excel dashboards to analyze the economic and strategic costs of new programs.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive workflows, build prototypes, and accelerate data analysis.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and finance to execute growth initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • You must have a completed Bachelor’s degree.
  • You must have 1 to 3+ years of experience in analytical and cross-functional environments like tech, operations, strategy, consulting, or banking.
  • You must be proficient in using SQL to pull data and Excel to build models for analysis.
  • You must demonstrate a strong ability to use AI tools to automate workflows and accelerate analysis.
  • You must have the ability to solve complex problems from first principles and translate high-level goals into actionable plans.
  • You must be able to lead, collaborate with, and influence cross-functional teams including growth, finance, product, and engineering.
  • You must possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action to build projects from the ground up.
