What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot application installation, performance, and runtime issues within desktop and mobile environments.
  • Maintain and patch operating system base builds, including software updates and vulnerability remediation.
  • Package and deploy applications to end-user environments using Omnissa AppVolumes and JAMF.
  • Manage and troubleshoot the Office 365 environment and process new hire email provisioning.
  • Automate processes within the end-user experience space to improve efficiency.
  • Support the deployment and configuration of macOS and iOS devices using JAMF Pro.
  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of technical tickets and incidents.
  • Document all changes, policies, procedures, and technical drawings.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop engineering or end user experience role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with O365.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience performing Desktop Application Troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting Windows desktop operating system environments.
  • Experience supporting macOS operating system environments.
  • Experience with scripting languages and basic Active Directory/Group Policy support.
  • Experience with Omnissa AppVolumes, FSLogix, JAMF Pro, and Intune.
