What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot application installation, performance, and runtime issues across desktop and mobile environments.
  • Maintain and patch operating system base builds including feature updates and vulnerability remediation.
  • Package and deploy applications for end users using Omnissa AppVolumes and JAMF Pro.
  • Manage and troubleshoot the Office 365 environment and process new hire email provisioning.
  • Automate processes within the end user experience space to improve efficiency.
  • Support the deployment, configuration, and management of macOS and iOS devices via JAMF Pro.
  • Manage and resolve technical tickets and incidents related to system integration and compatibility.
  • Document changes, policies, procedures, and technical drawings for internal use.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop engineering or end user experience role.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with O365.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience performing Desktop Application Troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating system environments.
  • Working knowledge of JAMF Pro administration for macOS/iOS device management.
  • Experience with scripting languages, Active Directory/Group Policy, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Experience with software packaging, profile management (FSLogix), VDI (Omnissa Horizon), and Intune.
