Senior Associate Application Developer

What you'll do

• Design, configure, test, and enhance operational systems to meet business objectives.
• Assist with the configuration and deployment of new systems and software upgrades.
• Collect and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Validate project deliverables against requirements and support user acceptance testing feedback loops.
• Build and maintain internal and external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to requirements.
• Ensure the stability and performance of production systems through continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Ability to translate business needs into IT actions (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in cross-functional environments (preferred).
• Aptitude for performing well under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations (preferred).
• Proficiency in ASP .NET, C#, VBA, and VBS (preferred).
