Senior Associate, Bilingual Spanish Process Manager Linguist

What you'll do

• Ensure high-quality Spanish translations that are culturally resonant and linguistically accurate for U.S. customers.
• Manage translation processes using specialized tools including CAT, machine translation, and AI technologies.
• Maintain consistency in terminology by strictly following established glossaries, termbases, and style guides.
• Perform Quality Assurance reviews to ensure content meets press readiness and compliance standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and delivery.
• Manage technical requirements such as coding strings and character limits for digital platforms.
• Mitigate legal and brand risks by ensuring all translations adhere to strict regulatory guidelines.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• At least 3 years of experience as a specialized linguist in financial services, legal, or marketing (English into Spanish).
• At least 3 years of experience using language technologies including CAT tools, machine translation, AI tools, and terminology management.
• At least 3 years of experience in Banking, Marketing, Legal, or Advertising.
• Bachelor's Degree in Translation or Spanish (preferred).
• ATA Certification in English into Spanish (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Process Management (preferred).
