What you'll do

Design, configure, and test system changes for assigned technology platforms.
Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and support requests.
Analyze technical issues and perform impact analysis for desired system changes.
Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to align system delivery with business needs.
Provide end-user support and troubleshoot problems entered into tracking systems.
Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration activities to team members.
Lead internal process design and documentation to drive continuous improvement.
Review project status and issue progress with project leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; or high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience.
5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Subject Matter Expert in patient identification workflows, revenue cycle, CRM & MyChart, Patient Registration, or lab order entry.
Possession of or ability to obtain relevant Epic software application(s) certification within 8 weeks of hire.
Applicable Epic certifications with preference given to Epic Cheers, MyChart, and Care Everywhere (preferred).
Experience configuring business systems software in a life sciences, health care, or related industry (preferred).
Professional working knowledge in Health Care or Biotechnology (preferred).
