What you'll do

Manage, secure, and operate SAP BTP services across enterprise landscapes to ensure high availability and compliance.
Perform account administration, service enablement, and platform governance for SAP cloud solutions.
Configure and test system changes while performing impact analysis on business processes.
Resolve technical issues and provide end-user production support for reported application problems.
Design and implement solutions for complex business requirements and infrastructure improvements.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and internal process designs.
Serve as a subject matter expert to guide workflow design and lead estimation for enhancement requests.
Liaise with stakeholders and software vendors to align business needs with technical delivery.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience as an alternative to a degree.
At least 5 years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong general computer skills.
Experience with SAP BTP Administration, including global accounts, subaccounts, Cloud Foundry/Kyma environments, and service lifecycle management.
Knowledge of Security & Identity Management including IAS/IPS, role collections, OAuth, and SAML.
Experience with Connectivity & Integration services such as Cloud Connector, Destination Service, and Integration Suite.
Understanding of SAP S/4HANA or ECC landscapes and cloud fundamentals like IaaS/PaaS concepts and networking.
