Senior Application Analyst, SAP IBP

What you'll do

• Design, configure, and upgrade low to medium complexity SAP applications and technology platforms.
• Identify and resolve technical issues within the forecasting (IBP) application area and related systems.
• Perform impact analysis and build system changes to meet business processes and requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and internal process designs.
• Provide end-user production support and troubleshoot issues using tracking systems.
• Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to align system changes with business needs.
• Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration activities to other team members.
• Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and provide regular status updates to project leadership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage.
• Experience configuring business systems software in a life science, healthcare, or related industry (preferred).
• Ability to architect and provide technical support for SAP systems, including IBP and Production Planning (preferred).
• Understanding of SAP Security architecture and implementation methods (preferred).
• Experience in S/4 HANA, SAP cloud Solutions, and Fiori (preferred).
