What you'll do

Design, configure, and upgrade SAP systems and related technology platforms.
Resolve technical issues and provide production support for forecasting (IBP) and planning applications.
Perform impact analysis and develop new processes to improve business workflows through technology.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and training materials for end users.
Lead the estimation of enhancement requests and manage project status with leadership.
Act as a subject matter expert to guide workflow design and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
Mentor junior analysts and delegate configuration tasks or activities to other team members.
Liaise with business stakeholders and software vendors to ensure alignment between business needs and system delivery.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
High School Diploma or GED with 12 years of relevant experience as an alternative to a Bachelor's degree.
At least 5 years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong general computer skills.
Ability to architect and provide technical support for SAP systems, including IBP and Production Planning.
Experience with S/4 HANA, SAP cloud Solutions, and Fiori.
Understanding of SAP Security architecture and implementation methods.
Experience configuring business systems software in the life science or healthcare industry.
