Senior Aircraft/Missile Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the specification, procurement, and construction of hypersonic vehicle systems.
• Develop and manage Technical Performance Metrics including budgets and Key Performance Parameters.
• Define airworthiness, navigation, control, and stability requirements for vehicle development.
• Collaborate with aerodynamicists to define Design Reference Missions to evaluate performance.
• Assess system capabilities against adversary systems in coordination with Intelligence Community partners.
• Advise program management and customers on system risks, maturation progress, and technical issues.
• Integrate complex aerospace subsystems including GNC, actuators, power systems, and telemetry.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• 20 years or more of systems engineering experience.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Experience working with hypersonics, NAVAIR, or NAVSEA.
• Hands-on experience with GNC systems, actuator technologies, power systems, telemetry, and flight test instrumentation.
• Background in high-speed aerodynamics, aerothermal analysis, or vehicle integration.
• Experience with digital engineering, modeling/simulation environments, and system level performance modeling.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to interface with government sponsors and technical teams.
