As a Senior AI Solutions Engineer (Engineer Senior), you will join the engineering team to build and scale intelligent systems designed to improve healthcare outcomes. The role requires expertise in modern NLP techniques, embedding-based systems, and responsible AI principles. You will also provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring junior team members, and translating complex business problems into scalable technical solutions within the healthcare domain.

What you'll do

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end machine learning and LLM-based systems including data pipelines, prompts, and APIs.
Develop production-ready AI services and reusable components to improve performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
Build applied AI solutions such as semantic search, RAG pipelines, and embedding-based systems.
Translate complex business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions by collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams.
Research and propose new technologies while staying current on developments in the AI field for enterprise use cases.
Perform technical design reviews, code reviews, and provide troubleshooting support to ensure high engineering standards.
Mentor junior team members and lead multiple small to medium-sized projects to influence technical direction.
Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of deployed machine learning models and related systems.

What we're looking for

Must have a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
Must have at least 5 years of related experience in multi-dimensional platforms and business/technical applications.
A Master's or PhD degree is preferred.
Advanced Python skills for machine learning and data processing are preferred.
Experience across the full ML lifecycle, including development, deployment, and monitoring, is preferred.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and modern NLP techniques using vector search technologies is preferred.
Experience building production AI systems, such as APIs, pipelines, and microservices, is preferred.
Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock) and healthcare domain knowledge is preferred.
