What you'll do

Design and develop machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions for financial use cases.
Architect secure, scalable, and compliant systems using AWS services for data pipelines, model hosting, and vector search.
Build and deploy robust data/model pipelines, APIs, and integration layers into production environments.
Implement MLOps practices including training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD standards.
Develop agentic workflows, tool use, and orchestration patterns to automate financial processes.
Serve as a technical lead to mentor junior engineers and manage project scope, budget, and timelines.
Ensure AI system auditability and compliance with corporate data security and GxP standards.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience, Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience, or a PhD are required.
Thorough theoretical and practical understanding of Python, data science, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI is required.
Experience architecting solutions in an AWS environment is required.
Experience developing robust data/model pipelines, APIs, integration layers, and MLOps practices is required.
Proven experience designing secure, scalable, and compliant architectures for AI/ML, generative AI, and agentic AI is required.
Proven experience selecting and integrating AWS services for data pipelines, model hosting, vector search, orchestration, monitoring, and governance is required.
Experience establishing deployment standards, CI/CD, and observability using GitHub and AWS is required.
AWS certifications for architecture or AI (preferred); excellent English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills (preferred).
