What you'll do

Build and own Python-based AI applications using LLMs, natural language interfaces, and automated data analytics.
Develop "talk to data" interfaces and agentic workflows to provide Generative AI-driven commentary for risk teams.
Design and implement scalable RESTful services and infrastructure for large-scale enterprise solutions.
Optimize data ingestion and processing pipelines to improve performance and efficiency.
Create self-service tools that allow business users to onboard datasets and manage analytics independently.
Lead technical direction, architectural decisions, and the production reliability of AI systems.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to developers within an agile squad.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of related experience.
Strong hands-on application development experience in Python, including building service APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade AI or LLM-based applications.
Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including SQL, data modeling, and data lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with concurrency and performance optimization using multiprocessing, multithreading, and asynchronous I/O.
Experience owning systems in production, including reliability, incident management, and continuous improvement.
Ability to set technical direction, make architectural decisions, and mentor senior engineers.
