What you'll do

Develop and maintain AI agent systems using LangGraph and LangChain for multi-step workflows.
Design agent workflows, tool routing strategies, and execution pipelines for long-running tasks.
Translate business problems into reliable AI-driven processes using LLM reasoning and external APIs.
Extend and optimize LangGraph and related frameworks to support scalable, maintainable systems.
Own technical challenges from initial discovery through to final deployment.
Build production AI agents and orchestration systems rather than training models or conducting research.
Ensure system sustainability through high-quality architecture, testing, and documentation.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of development experience.
At least 3 years of experience focused on AI/ML, LLMs, or generative AI.
3+ years of Python experience with an orientation toward AI development.
Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Experience with Azure or other major cloud providers like AWS and Google Cloud.
Experience with Docker for containerization and runtime environments.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Vector databases, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines.
