What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy full-stack AI applications including frontend experiences, APIs, and backend services.
Build and optimize LLM-based workflows for information extraction, classification, retrieval, and agentic processes.
Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems using embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
Develop evaluation frameworks including benchmark datasets, regression testing, and human-in-the-loop review workflows.
Build and maintain document-processing pipelines for OCR, ingestion, metadata extraction, and indexing.
Deploy and operate production services in cloud-native environments using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Implement observability, monitoring, logging, and incident response processes for production AI systems.
Ensure all AI solutions meet privacy, security, and auditability requirements within a regulated healthcare environment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative technical discipline.
5+ years of experience building and operating production software systems.
Experience developing backend services, APIs, distributed systems, or data-intensive applications.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production applications using RAG, agents, or multi-step workflows.
Experience with at least one major AI platform such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript.
Experience debugging, monitoring, and supporting production applications used by real customers.
Experience with React, Next.js, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD practices (preferred).
