Senior Engineer, AI Agentic Solutions

What you'll do

• Translate ambiguous business problems into end-to-end agentic solutions with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Design and build core agentic systems including orchestration, tool-use pipelines, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Apply context engineering to balance token economics, latency, and decision quality across RAG patterns and prompt assembly.
• Develop and manage evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure AI solutions are safe, reliable, and accurate.
• Architect memory and state management systems to enable agents to reason across sessions and workflows.
• Integrate LLM APIs, embedding models, and vector stores into production services using modern agentic frameworks.
• Make technical trade-offs regarding scalability, infrastructure costs, and model selection for long-term business goals.
• Lead design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and provide feedback on code quality and system architecture.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6+ years of professional software engineering experience in designing and delivering complex, scalable distributed systems.
• Must possess AI fluency with hands-on experience in LLMs, foundation model APIs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and embedding-based search.
• Must have experience building and operating AI agents or agentic workflows including tool-use, orchestration, and integration with downstream systems.
• Must be able to design evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails for LLM-based systems using offline benchmarks and online telemetry.
• Must have experience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Assistants API.
• Must be proficient in Python and possess a strong grasp of cloud-native development on AWS and/or GCP.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
