What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of AI initiatives for chip design to ensure scalable delivery.
  • Define program plans, timelines, and risk assessments while reporting progress to leadership.
  • Lead technical discussions between AI engineers, hardware teams, and third-party providers to align on architecture and requirements.
  • Evaluate and operationalize internal and external AI tools to drive adoption across hardware teams.
  • Act as a product interface to translate user needs from silicon design teams into actionable roadmaps for platform teams.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics to identify bottlenecks and ensure performance, quality, and scalability targets are met.
  • Influence technical direction and prioritize initiatives that improve impact for silicon development workflows.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of technical program management experience spanning AI and ASIC chip design.
  • Strong understanding of RTL design, simulation, formal verification, software engineering fundamentals, system architecture, and scalable infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, integrating, or enabling AI agents, LLM-powered systems, or AI productivity tools in engineering workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-functional technical programs from concept through production at scale.
  • Ability to influence technical decisions, architecture, and prioritization while collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing requirements from technical users to communicate clearly to internal and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear program direction and updates.
