Map existing architecture and digital transformation solutions to specific customer business outcomes and requirements.
Act as a technical advisor to C-level executives to align on security, compliance, and AI strategy.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and executive-level messaging for senior stakeholders.
Drive technical excellence across Azure workloads including AI, infrastructure, data, and application performance.
Identify and resolve technical blockers to accelerate solution deployment and customer value realization.
Develop repeatable intellectual property and tools to scale solutions and improve delivery efficiency.
Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to Engineering and Product teams to influence roadmaps.
Mentor team members and lead upskilling activities to improve organizational technical readiness.
What we're looking for
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance.
Must be a United States citizen to meet federal government customer requirements.
Requires 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, network operations, software development, or architecture.
Requires 6+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
Requires 6+ years of experience leading technical projects.
Must hold a technical certification in Cloud platforms such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google.
U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions.
