Identity and Access Management Architect, Lead

What you'll do

• Analyze the identity lifecycle and define enterprise identity records for government clients.
• Design, deploy, and support systems that manage credentials and verify user privileges.
• Implement enterprise-class solutions for single sign-on and privileged access management.
• Architect perimeter-less identity networks using DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture principles.
• Structure secure Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP environments across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS.
• Automate access certifications and Separation of Duties processes using IGA platforms like SailPoint or Okta.
• Integrate ICAM technology stacks with SIEM and UEBA telemetry to trigger dynamic authentication.
• Manage project lifecycles including backlogging, scheduling, and complex problem resolution in Agile environments.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience with IT including managing and designing access management solutions and systems integrations.
• 5+ years of experience with Cyber Security in the IDM Domain.
• 4+ years of experience in project management and product ownership using Agile methodologies.
• Experience architecting perimeter-less identity networks using DoD Zero Trust Reference Architecture principles.
• Experience structuring secure Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP environments across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS.
• Experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, and Saviynt for automation of access certifications and SoD processes.
• Knowledge of enterprise frameworks including FICAM, STIGs, JSIG, NIST SP 800-53, and HSPD-12 mandates.
• TS/SCI clearance and a high school diploma or GED are required.
