What you'll do

Design and develop MES features for work order management, process routing, and product traceability.
Build integrations between the MES platform and shop floor control systems like Ignition.
Develop connections between the MES and enterprise systems including ERP, PLM, and quality management platforms.
Implement manufacturing process enforcement logic to ensure correct production sequences and validations.
Build data pipelines and reporting capabilities for production analytics and KPI dashboards.
Develop and maintain MES APIs and services for production team monitoring.
Implement system monitoring, alerting, and observability to ensure high uptime for MES services.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and permanent fixes.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience.
Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations (preferred).
