Scrum Master

What you'll do

• Coach the team on Agile, Lean, and Scrum principles to improve accountability and performance.
• Facilitate core Agile events including Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate status regarding dependencies with other teams.
• Remove organizational impediments to ensure the team can achieve committed goals.
• Track and maintain relevant metrics to monitor team quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
• Coordinate solution implementation and delivery with other Scrum Masters and external teams.
• Communicate progress tracking and reporting to all levels of the organization.
• Protect the team from shifting requirements while maintaining alignment with long-term goals.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Software Development, Test, Applications Engineering, Technical Support, or other related roles (preferred).
• Experience in an Agile development environment with in-depth knowledge of methodologies and techniques (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with certification (preferred).
• Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred).
• Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products, industrial control equipment, or hardware product environments (preferred).
