What you'll do

Conduct mission discovery interviews and stakeholder mapping to identify and close customer mission gaps.
Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and advocate for critical needs to internal stakeholders.
Architect scalable and resilient solutions by developing Use Cases, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and trade studies.
Support business development by performing RFI/RFP analysis and authoring technical volumes for proposals.
Develop demo scenarios to showcase L3Harris capabilities and technical benefits to potential customers.
Identify and maintain relationships with strategic internal and external partners to define win strategies.
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams for Internal Research and Development (IRAD) projects.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
5+ years of experience implementing/deploying terrestrial telecommunications including IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, and LTE/5G wireless.
5+ years of experience leading architecture development using MOSA principles for DoW/government programs using Agile processes.
5+ years of experience as a trusted advisor translating missions into actionable system capabilities and solutions.
Ability to obtain an FAA Public Trust or DoW clearance.
Experience with network implementation, including site surveys, deployment engineering, and cutover/migration strategies (preferred).
Security clearance.
