What you'll do

Lead requirements definition, flow-down, and traceability for complex electronic systems using MBSE and agile processes.
Execute rapid learning cycles for requirements development, design, build, integration, and verification.
Eliminate technical roadblocks for product and program development.
Oversee trade studies, simulations, and design verification testing across lab, ground, and flight environments.
Serve as the lead engineering interface to customers and represent programs in internal and external meetings.
Develop, mentor, and motivate systems engineers to achieve peak performance.
Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for complex projects with program management.
Participate in proposal activities by approving technical and cost estimates.

What we're looking for

Active DoD secret clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Minimum of 16 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Subject matter expertise in Electronic Warfare (EW) and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) systems.
Experience with Electronic System Design and leading HW/SW/FW development efforts for EW or ELINT applications.
TS/SCI or the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
