SAP Test Program Manager, FICO, MM & SD

What you'll do

• Develop and manage comprehensive test strategies, plans, estimates, schedules, and governance for SAP implementation programs.
• Lead functional, system integration, end-to-end, and regression testing across SAP S/4HANA and ECC applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into test scenarios, test cases, and traceability matrices.
• Coordinate test execution, defect management, and risk mitigation across onsite and offshore delivery teams.
• Communicate status reports, issues, and dependencies to client stakeholders proactively.
• Leverage test-management, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve test coverage and delivery efficiency.

What we're looking for

• 18+ years of extensive experience leading quality engineering and testing for SAP applications.
• Significant managerial experience across large, complex SAP programs.
• Strong experience testing SAP S/4HANA solutions, including ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations and S/4HANA implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP functional and integrated business processes across FICO, MM, SD, PP, and QM modules.
• Experience within the utilities industry coordinating with business stakeholders and client leadership.
• Expertise in functional, system integration, end-to-end, and regression testing, including strategy, planning, and defect management.
• Experience using test-management tools like HP ALM, Jira, or Azure DevOps and automation tools like UFT, Tricentis Tosca, or Worksoft.
• Experience applying AI or generative AI tools to quality engineering, test delivery, or program management (preferred).
