Senior SAP Test Manager, SIT & UAT

What you'll do

• Define and govern SIT and UAT strategies, methodologies, quality standards, and readiness criteria.
• Lead SIT readiness reviews and provide evidence-based recommendations for release-readiness and sign-off decisions.
• Govern test design standards, requirements-to-test traceability, risk-based testing, and regression suite selection.
• Establish and manage the defect lifecycle, including triage, root cause analysis, and service-level expectations.
• Define and maintain SIT and UAT metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate UAT activities and coach business users to validate end-to-end business processes.
• Partner with delivery teams to improve automation suitability and sustainable regression coverage.
• Use trend analysis and lessons learned to drive measurable improvements in testing practices and governance.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, UAT, business process testing, or SAP application delivery.
• Significant experience in enterprise testing, quality engineering, SIT leadership, or test governance for complex technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of test strategy, planning, requirements traceability, risk-based testing, regression management, and defect management.
• Experience establishing and governing SIT and UAT standards, readiness checkpoints, governance metrics, KPIs, and leadership reporting.
• Experience using enterprise test management and defect-tracking tools, preferably OpenText ALM and Jira.
• Ability to interpret quality data, identify risk signals, and communicate clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, decision-framing, communication, and risk-escalation skills.
• Experience governing testing for large-scale SAP transformations and coordinating business-led UAT activities (preferred).
