The SAP Test Management Program Manager - Business Process Re-Engineering joins the Business Process Re-engineering group to support planning, scheduling, coordinating, and executing tests for projects within the Operations organization. This role involves driving the release of system enhancements and new functionalities from Development to Production, specifically focusing on S/4 Hana supply chain transformation. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end test activities, creating test plans, facilitating test case creation, and reporting metrics like SLAs and KPIs. The candidate will coordinate smoke testing, environment planning, and test data readiness while collaborating with automation teams. Required skills include experience in SAP implementations for logistics, supply chain, and order to cash processes. Familiarity with tools like Worksoft, Tosca, UFT, and Selenium is preferred for managing complex, highly integrated projects.
Drive the release of system enhancements and new functionalities from Development to Production through effective testing.
Manage end-to-end test activities including test strategy, process management, team coordination, and communication.
Develop test plans and facilitate the creation of test cases and scripts for projects of varying sizes.
Execute OEM, DC, and Reseller testing processes for onboarding new suppliers for EDI, API, and inventory operations.
Coordinate smoke testing, environment planning, and test data readiness.
Facilitate triage calls and drive issue resolution with IS&T and business partners during test cycles.
Create and report testing metrics, including SLAs and KPIs.
Maintain a testing knowledge repository and continuously improve testing best practices and methods.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 7 years in a lead position during SAP implementations for Logistics execution, supply chain, and order to cash processes.
Minimum 7 years of experience managing and executing system integration testing or user acceptance testing for complex, highly integrated projects.
Experience in Operations and various Supply Chain functions including Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, Inventory management, and Reverse Logistics.
Ability to create, drive, and support test strategy for software releases.
Familiarity with software test automation tools and frameworks such as Worksoft, Tosca, UFT, or Selenium (preferred).
Well versed in multiple styles of Release & Change Management processes including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative (preferred).
PMI/PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or SAP ECC and S/4 Hana certifications (preferred).
