Senior SAP Finance Product Manager

What you'll do

• Build and manage the SAP Record-to-Report (RTR) product vision and roadmap for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct blueprint workshops and fit-gap analyses to produce detailed design documents based on core business needs.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Product Cost Controlling.
• Design and manage integrations between Finance systems and cross-functional modules like PP, EWM, MM, and MES.
• Develop functional specifications and oversee the implementation of all RICEFW areas.
• Manage project lifecycles from initial requirement gathering and proof of concepts to testing and deployment.
• Provide production support by resolving tickets and identifying opportunities for product improvements.
• Define success metrics and data-driven insights to track product adoption and performance.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 6+ years of experience implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests for SAP Finance business solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI modules including Finance, Controlling, and Asset Management.
• Strong understanding of core financial processes such as General Ledger, Project System, Product Costing, and month/year-end close.
• Knowledge of integration points between FI and other SAP modules like MM and PP.
• Master's degree in a technical field (preferred); experience with SAP S/4 HANA with RISE (preferred).
