What you'll do

Own and operate end-to-end SAP S/4HANA business processes for finance, procurement, project systems, and asset management.
Lead the integration of SAP systems with Amazon Corporate systems at scale.
Define and prioritize SAP product features and requirements to ensure timely delivery.
Develop use cases by gathering operating requirements and working with software development to build features.
Lead Proof of Concept (POC) efforts to validate that proposed solutions meet business requirements.
Manage full delivery cycles including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and user training.
Drive product vision, goals, and monthly business reviews with leadership and stakeholders.
Communicate project status to a broad audience and manage escalation channels to ensure planned delivery.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum.
7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
4+ years of experience implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (preferred).
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership (preferred).
