What you'll do

  • Own and implement the global product vision for sanctions screening aligned with firmwide control expectations.
  • Manage multi-year product roadmaps supporting diverse business use cases and stakeholder priorities.
  • Establish and run governance frameworks ensuring capabilities are defensible, well-documented, and exam-ready.
  • Provide senior oversight of screening operations outcomes, focusing on performance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and monitor KPIs/KRIs for alert volumes, false positives, tuning outcomes, and platform stability.
  • Drive end-to-end issue management and remediation for defects and process breakdowns across technology and operations.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of sanctions screening concepts and operating ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional products/services with measurable outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of APIs and platform product practices including client/developer needs.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills for senior management and clients.
