What you'll do

  • Own and execute the global product vision and strategy for firmwide sanctions screening capabilities.
  • Manage a multi-year product roadmap by translating stakeholder needs into prioritized requirements and technical specifications.
  • Establish product governance frameworks to maintain design standards, data requirements, and platform modernization priorities.
  • Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure all products are defensible and audit-ready.
  • Oversee screening operations performance, including service levels, quality assurance, and capacity planning.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to alert volumes, false positive reduction, and platform stability.
  • Lead the recruitment, coaching, and development of a diverse team of product leaders and contributors.
  • Manage vendor frameworks and engagement models to ensure scalable and cost-effective screening capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
  • 10+ years of progressive Product Management experience in banking, payments, fintech, or regulated financial services.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling complex, cross-functional products with measurable outcomes and strong governance.
  • Strong understanding of sanctions screening concepts, including watchlist ingestion, matching, case workflows, and tuning optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of APIs and platform product practices, including lifecycle management and developer needs.
  • Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment by partnering across Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Legal.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills for both internal senior management and external client-facing materials.
  • Ability to manage global vendor frameworks and performance management disciplines for scalability and compliance.
