What you'll do

Improve the consistency, scalability, and adoption of payment experiences across all platforms.
Evaluate current customer journeys to identify areas for improvement and implement business-aligned solutions.
Spearhead the transformation of end-to-end testing governance across the Global Payments Network.
Establish a cross-functional quality framework and robust governance around testing processes.
Drive an integrated environment strategy with technology partners to manage user journeys.
Define data usage and transmission needs to ensure reliable and efficient payment products.
Institutionalize repeatable, highly-scalable quality processes to ensure organizational compliance and deliverable integrity.
Lead cross-functional teams to solve complex customer problems and drive organizational alignment.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in any field.
At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Proficiency in human-centered product innovation and customer needs.
Proficiency in business-focused execution and delivering game-changing outcomes.
Proficiency in technology-driven solutions for near-term and long-term value.
Proficiency in integrated problem solving and mitigating product risks.
Proficiency in transformational leadership and driving organizational alignment.
