Executive Director, Product, Agentic Commerce & Payments

What you'll do

• Plan and own the development of agentic commerce products for safe and secure money movement.
• Develop build-partner-buy strategies to provide end-to-end solutions for clients.
• Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Lead the entire product life cycle from planning and execution to future development and methodology adaptation.
• Partner with engineering, risk, and compliance teams to launch enterprise-ready solutions.
• Build, coach, and mentor the product team on AI-forward working and prototyping strategies.
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management.
• Experience in building and leading a team of product managers.
• Strong background in payments and commerce.
• Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, and requirements definition.
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Familiarity with agentic commerce or agent-to-agent protocols (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of the payment and commerce needs of middle market and enterprise clients (preferred).
