The Salesforce Data Cloud Technical Consultant joins the Advanced Technology Centers team to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Data 360 solutions. This role involves unifying enterprise customer data to enable analytics, segmentation, activation, and AI-driven engagement. You will build scalable data models, manage data ingestion, perform identity resolution, and establish governance, security, and privacy frameworks. Key responsibilities include developing integration frameworks for Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms while mentoring technical teams. Required skills include experience with Salesforce Data 360, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Technical competencies include Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Data Lake, MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, Git, CI/CD, Jira, and Agile methodologies to solve complex enterprise data processing problems.
Lead end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 implementation projects from discovery and design through deployment.

What we're looking for
Must have a minimum of three years of experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions including Salesforce Data 360.
Must have a minimum of three years of experience integrating Salesforce Data 360 with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems.
Must have a Bachelor's degree, or an Associate Degree with 6 years of work experience, or 12 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs (preferred).
Experience with SQL, cloud data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks, and ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica (preferred).
Experience with Git, CI/CD, Jira, and Agile delivery methodologies (preferred).
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Application Architect/System Architect certifications (preferred).
