What you'll do

Lead end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 implementation projects from discovery and design through deployment.
Design scalable data models including ingestion, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation.
Develop integration frameworks connecting Data 360 with CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external enterprise systems.
Establish data governance, security, privacy, and compliance practices for enterprise data operations.
Mentor developers and technical teams while conducting solution reviews and defining best practices.
Troubleshoot complex data processing, integration, and performance issues in high-volume environments.
Translate business requirements from stakeholders into technical solutions for the delivery team.
Create reusable accelerators, templates, and frameworks to improve implementation speed and consistency.

What we're looking for

Minimum of three years of experience designing and implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions including Data 360.
Minimum of three years of experience integrating Salesforce Data 360 with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Associate Degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce Platform including Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration best practices (preferred).
Experience with SQL, cloud data platforms, and ETL tools like MuleSoft or Informatica (preferred).
Familiarity with Zero Copy, data federation, governance, and enterprise security best practices (preferred).
Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant or Application/System Architect certifications (preferred).
