As a Salesforce Data Cloud & AI Architect Senior Manager within the Life Sciences Salesforce Business Group, you will design enterprise-scale solutions at the intersection of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Voice AI, and life sciences commercial platforms. You will own end-to-end technical architecture for data models, ingestion strategies, identity resolution, and agentic AI designs while contributing to pre-sale efforts by shaping proposals and leading design sessions. Your daily work involves building unified profiles, managing CRM integration patterns across Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud, and establishing governance standards for multi-year programs. You will utilize technologies including MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, and event-driven patterns to solve complex data challenges for pharma, biotech, and MedTech clients. Additionally, you will mentor architects, conduct code reviews, and develop reusable architecture patterns specifically tailored for life sciences AI use cases.

What you'll do

  • Design end-to-end Data Cloud solutions including data modeling, ingestion strategy, identity resolution, and real-time activation.
  • Architect agentic AI solutions using Agentforce and Voice AI for patient services and commercial operations.
  • Develop "Data 360" strategies to unify structured and unstructured data from CRM, EHR, and third-party sources.
  • Design integration patterns between Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms like MuleSoft or Veeva.
  • Lead technical responses for RFPs and translate complex AI architectures into clear narratives for clients.
  • Conduct solution design reviews to set architecture standards and manage technical risk across programs.
  • Mentor architects and analysts while overseeing code reviews and delivery quality.
  • Create reusable architecture patterns and AI use case frameworks for the broader practice.

What we're looking for

  • Must have at least 8 years of progressive Salesforce architecture experience in consulting environments.
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience with Data Cloud including ingestion, identity resolution, and governance.
  • Must have at least 1 year of Agentforce experience and expertise in AI-powered workflows or Voice AI.
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience designing enterprise integrations across CRM, data, marketing, and external platforms.
  • Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent with 12 years of work experience.
  • Must have an Associate’s Degree with at least 6 years of work experience if a Bachelor's is not held.
  • Experience with Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or other pharma/biotech CRM platforms is preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include Salesforce System Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, or AI Associate.
